# Caretta support

## Support hours

Our team monitors support from **09:00–21:00 Pacific Time**.

Include the email address on your Caretta account, the affected integration, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or other secrets.

## Response times

Caretta does not currently publish a contractual first-response SLA. We respond during the support hours above and prioritise security, privacy, account-access, and service-availability issues.

## Zoom support

For a Zoom connection issue, include whether the problem happened while connecting, creating a meeting, or disconnecting. You can disconnect Caretta from **Settings → Integrations → Zoom** or remove Caretta from the Zoom App Marketplace under **Manage → Added Apps**.
